Very best way to teach a Pet dog /German Shepherd digs in h2o. Dont put your doggy in board and teach with a professional coach. be a part of a doggy education club and teach your personal doggy. easy if you dont have time to teach a doggy yourself dont get a person. Professional trainers are like tradesmen not all are qualified. there just there to make dollars on you and your doggy. clubs on the other hand teach you to teach your doggy. my guidance to any new doggy operator is be a part of a doggy education club and teach your personal doggy.Ie a German Shepherd club or any breeds club. most of these clubs acknowledge all breeds of doggy. for illustration our GSD club accepts all breeds. From German Shepherds to pugs and so on. Club trainers dont get compensated we do it not for dollars but for the enjoy of pet dogs and the sport that goes with it. BTW Shock collars are banned in most civilized international locations. theres a superior reason why. If your caught utilizing a person in Denmark you will be billed with animal cruelty. i enjoy that legislation as i dislike shock collars. i see in other international locations professional trainers use shock collars, it a shame also phone yourself a professional coach while utilizing a shock collar.

  5. I agree with you! With a shock collar your dog obeys because he is afraid of you. Without shock collar obeys your dog because he loves you .

  13. I agree with you shouting at dogs or cats isn't necessary. I think shouting makes the animal not listen they think they are in trouble actually. Shock collars I hate I wish they were against the law here. I knew someone that she and her husband used those things and tried telling me it didn't hurt him. I said well put it on your neck and get zapped and see if it hurts. Animals feel pain just like humans. I think shock collars and prongs are used when a person is too dang lazy to train their dog the right way. I never used anything but a harness and a regular collar to train my dog I had even trained them off leash too didn't shout neither and he listened. I potty trained him in two weeks he was a Labrador. It took me getting up every two hours taking him out to do it.

  17. I always gave my dogs treats, its better to give them kindness when training thank harsh treatment. Rex is clearly a well trained , obedient and above all, a happy well loved working dog / pet. Have a great day my friend.

  23. I'm sitting here laughing as you are right . No need to shout ever. I know many trainers that shout. Board and Train doesn't work for the reasons you said. Wise words my friend. I do wonder what Rex was digging for. My Inky would come running back dragging big dead fish out the water. So proud she had provided for the Pack . LOL : )
