Primary dog obedience training with Charlie Rose (Australian Shepherd) at eight weeks. At this stage, she was just starting to fully grasp some essential commands and responded quite properly to occur, sit, and down. For the first a number of weeks we had her, we only concentrated on these commands. We transitioned to mostly hand commands in just the week this online video was taken. We additional keep soon following this, but we now fully grasp that keep most likely must have been the first command to teach her. We are not qualified trainers by any extent and we continue to understand all the time.

At 7 months she can now sit, down, keep, roll above, perform useless, spin, shake, high five, again up, location, kennel up and we are doing the job on heel. She has also been introduced to quite essential reduced agility system objects (no jumps!) and she appears to love it so far. She seriously functions challenging to be sure to and usually would like a occupation! Aussies are exceptionally smart and can choose a large amount of time to obstacle to keep them delighted. I would say that we keep her quite delighted although with 5-six training/physical exercise classes per working day! Our goal is for her to be worn out by the conclusion of the working day. Of system, this wears us out as properly which is an additional great benefit of an lively breed πŸ™‚

  1. how much should a 8 week old pug puppy know? i've been training my little pup for about 4 days (we have had him for 2 weeks) and he already knows, Sit, Lay down, Stay, Shake, come. keep in mind i'm 13 not a dog trainer….and i'm not being cruel, i'm rewarding him with treats and saying good boy every time he does something right and, when he does something wrong i softly say "no" and show him what i expect from him?!? tips?

It is so evident that I'm always asked how I got our aggressive dog to change to something different [Details Here === https://plus.google.com/u/0/110226900097507142274/posts/X7Usq5JGpKp ]. It seem that our dog is beginning to see humans and fellow dogs in a different perspective. I so much appreciate this training videos. Thank you Dan."

  12. I cannot for the life of me get my puppy to lay down she just bends her head and tries to lick her treat even if the treat isn't showing in my hand D: practice makes perfect. Any advice on that? I got her to sit stay and come. I was just doing sit & stay but I seen your video and the first was "come" so we added it in and she's got it πŸ™‚
