At a TEDx event, TEDTalks video and live speakers combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group. These local, self-organized events are branded TEDx, where x = independently organized TED event. 11. if everyone lived this there would be no advancements in healthcare or science. what about the plague, cancer, scizophrenia, psychosis, measles, depression, anxiety etc. sure the superficial appearance of the development of those things might cause levels of stress, depression and anxiety in and of themselves but that hardly warrants a shutdown. this is too idealistic and lovey dovey to be real, this man is speaking of a utopia without understanding the reprocussions of it actually coming true.

  18. If this talk resonates with you… Read Ishmael by Daniel Quinn. Modern culture is intensely committed to production/growth, even though this pursuit is making us miserable AND destroying the planet. We've got it all wrong

  26. Well I don't agree with this gentleman. If we all think about living easy life then scientist won't work hard day and night to cure life threatening diseases ….Businessman won't expand their company as it will require more loan…Then where will the jobs come from…If there are no entrepreneurs.
Try hard give your best ..make most of your time ..live for your dream. …once you achieve it…Then you can relax a bit …to make life easy….We want hard working passionate youth to make world easy…

  31. Ok good better best awesomely simple. Thats what always in my mind but feel shy to say. Because our society loves rich person and money. Big concrete house and what not. I don't like shoe y should i wear. We have two hands, legs, etc to live on this beautiful earth. Y ruin ur life running behind money. Our society must divert their mind from money to beauty of earth.
