How to post. We want to listen to from all artists and makers who have a enthusiasm for creating. That’s great. Hi. James from engVid. You discover? I was looking through. It really is not a special skill. Most of us discover it, but the problem is when you go to another language it is really difficult in some cases to realize what’s on the paper and be capable to use that.

So today’s lesson is about mind maps. Intellect maps? Yeah. Wait around a second, mind maps and looking through. I did a normal lesson before on. Someplace in the website link you can seem down and you can uncover it, go back, you can enjoy it. But in that lesson I failed to give any unique examples on mind maps. I am doing this distinct lesson to tackle that. So, if you’re below going: “Yeah, I want to discover about mind maps and looking through”, this is your lesson. Maintain on two seconds. We are going to discuss what the positive aspects are, what the positive aspects of looking through are, then I am going to give you a very detailed mind map detailing what sections you ought to do for what, and that’ll help you with looking through. Are you ready? Let’s go to the board.

All proper, E, what’s up? “It really is all Greek to me.” Omega, it is really not the very best image, you in all probability are not able to see it, but Greek. In English we say when something’s Greek to me, it signifies we you should not realize it. A ton of times you are going to get a big contract when, you know, you have your cellphone and there’s a bill and it is really: “Blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah”, and you’re like: “I you should not realize it. It really is all Greek.” I know you realize all of the words, it is really just they’re set collectively in these kinds of a way it is really difficult, and that does not make any difference if you’re looking through your possess language or another language. But there are a ton of positive aspects when you’re discovering another language that looking through provides you. And a ton of persons want to discuss and hear, but looking through has some electricity. And let’s tackle that now. All right?

So mind maps are looking through comprehension. You should not stress if you have not observed the mind map, it is really coming up in a second or two. But the 1st matter I want to discuss to you about is looking through helps you realize the way that the language is set collectively. Most of you will arrive and… You arrive to engVid to discover vocabulary and grammar, but that does not help you with syntax, that does not help you with placing the words collectively in a reasonable way. Examining does that mainly because… Effectively, let’s facial area details, when you’re looking through another person is basically talking to you but they’re not in front of you. So the problem is if they’re not very crystal clear and they you should not use the language perfectly, you would not actually realize them. Proper? So looking through teaches you how to… The language is set collectively, in which the verbs go, and when’s a superior location to use the verb or a noun, and how you can demonstrate expressions. All right?

Examining also teaches you how to communicate by exhibiting you the way that the language is made use of by the native speakers. Huh? Effectively, if it is really a fiction e-book they basically say: “-‘Johnny, are you coming?’ -‘Yes.’ Dah, dah, dah, dah”, and they demonstrate you how we use the language. So not only do you realize how to set the language collectively by seeking at it and going: “Ah, comma below, period below”, but then they say: “Hey, this is how we communicate.” So if you abide by this you can basically use that sort of approach or sys-… Not program. You can abide by individuals words and basically communicate like we do. All proper?

  2. you said understanding drops off at 80% of vocabulary used. how do compare this to the general doctrine that says your understanding of a written subject drops off at 50% of the information received (e.g. speed reading with only 50% of the words read).

  18. Sorry Sir with all due respect, I really liked the way you presented the video and it's kind of helpful in some way but not that helpful in a sense that can keep the memory always fresh and active to remember what's been read or mapped out… In other words, the one who follows your method will always or somtz need to refer to the mind-mapped notes you've explained.. Because he didn't train his brain to swallow and grasp the informtn right in th first place and naturally through repitition, th brain won't remember enough informtn maybe the picture is kind of stored in but not that clear enough to flash out. The brain is complex tht's why back in Tim ppl of Old Age or Ancient times had strong memories cuz their brains ar used to memorz easily just lik an antenna captin' signals and ths s cz thy didn't let their brains to rely on books or mappin' stuff..

I agree with u tht we need to orgnz info in our brains but not to a point tht we base our memorzatn system to mappin' stuff…

In a nutshell, it's a lot more better to understand things thn memorz it. If u look at lgg fr instanc, words hav no meanin' in all themselves except if put in a system of differences (structralsm) tht mak sense. So, voilà, it s all abt makin' things mak sense in our memories… Everyone should hav hs or her own way to memorz informtn and ths all dpnds.. Ther ar sm ppl who rely on their visual mmry, som on their hearin' sense or auditory etc… It differs from brains to brains…

Ths may fit u as it may nt fit others…

I thk each one of us should find or create hs or her own memorzatn mappin' mind system cz everyone is unique and spcial..
