  6. When you have two puppies that are brother and sister do you keep them in the same cage while crate training? I bought my daughter two cavaliers and we have some questions. Thx

  7. Very good. Especially liked your assigning specific ""WORDS" or "NAMES" to teach various functions. This NAMING, includes Obedience Training too, like Stand, Stop, Stay, Sit, Down etc. A STOP or STAY COMMAND, can save a dog's life as they wont run into a moving car. The 1 reason I too believe ppl take adopted dogs back to a shelter, they don't take the time, have enough PATIENCE or don't CONSISTENTLY, use the same words for bladder & vowel elimination. Dogs want to to know what's expected of them. When ALL FAMILY MEMBERS use the SAME WORDS REPEATEDLY, dogs will understand & learn. They do want please us. Also approve very much of not giving the pup too much room in the crate; ultimately, even after fully grown. Crated dogs should be able to standup straight & turn around, but ballroom dancing sized crates are asking for accidents in the crate. 🙂 if you do another training clip, please explain when they first go into a crate alone, they may cry, whimper or bark maybe 4-5 nights or days. Given enough time & patience, dogs learn to feel SAFE IN THEIR CRATES..just like their ancestors.wolves in their Dens.
For some reason I lost the last part of the audio; could be my device. Thanks for good CRATE TRAINING BASICS. Look forward to more K-9 training.

"I could hardly believe that our 7 year old dog can still be trained and brought under control, contrary to the belief that older dogs can no longer be trained [Details Here === https://www.facebook.com/Online-Dog-Training-830190817116309/app/190322544333196/ ]. 29. Great video. My wife and I just got a maltese who behaves similar to your puppy. We dont know much about training puppies since it's our first one. Last night was his first night at the house. At first, he went into the crate and played with a sutff puppy we got for him. He later went to sleep and a few hours later went for a number 1 inside his area and right next to the stuff puppy. We too have a divider at the halfway point of the cage, which is very similar to the cage you showed on the video. We cleaned it up and put him back in and he went to sleep. When he woke up, he immediately wanted to go again. We wanted to take him outside but it was raining at the time so we tried the pads. He skipped it and went on the tile floor right next to it. We even added a spray to welcome him to go on the pad and nothing. How can we make him stop going inside the crate? It may be it was an accident and he did not mean to do it but we would like to know just in case. Also, can we train him to go on the pad or outside at the same time? We prefer outside but we live in Florida and it rains just about every other day during this time. Any info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

  30. I have a HUGE PROBLEM. So I rescued a puppy, at first he did so well in potty pads then a week into it, he destroys them or folds them and pees on top, next to it and EVERYWHERE, I now bought a crate as of today I put the small divider but he pees and poops in such a small space, I took him out for 25 min an as soon as I get into the elevator (I live in condo that has no yard) he pees in the elevator. I'm clearly doing everything wrong, how I do I fix this as I want him to be happy and stop living with a mop in my hand 🙁 I do praise him, I walk him every hour or two, schedule his water and food.
